Our Higher Self is that aspect of our consciousness that is always connected to our Eternal Being. The other part of our consciousness is our personality, or ego consciousness that is active in our day-to-day reality and is focused on our daily existence and the physical world.
The more that we connect with our Higher Self, the more we experience the infinite love, compassion and wisdom that is always present. Our Higher Self can help us recognize the thoughts and behaviors we have that limit us from not only living the life we yearn for, but also that limits what we believe is possible!
